How long does my order take to ship?
Your order will typically ship/be ready for pickup within 7-10 business days (Monday through Friday). We make every effort to process orders promptly; however, processing times may vary due to natural disasters, inclement weather, or peak periods.
Missing/Incorrect/Damaged Items?
For incorrect or defective items, please email photos of the products in their original packaging and shipping box to getintotheglow@divinely-crafted.com along with your order number.
If your order is missing/lost, please first contact your mail carrier. If you are in an apartment community, please check with your leasing office. Once packages are handed over to the carrier, we have the same access to the delivery information as you. Divinely Crafted is not responsible for stolen packages delivered by the mail carrier. Please choose a secure location for your package delivery.
What is your return policy?
We hope that you love our products! As a small business, we currently do not accept returns or offer refunds (except in the case of an error on our part, please see above). However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at getintotheglow@divinely-crafted.com within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss any alternative options.
